xen: fix GCC warning and remove duplicate EVTCHN_ROW/EVTCHN_COL usage

      This patch removes duplicate macro useage in events_base.c.

It also fixes gcc warning:
variable ‘col’ set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
