rename mod_imap to mod_imagemap.

      Broken by this commit:
 - Win32 Build -- I didn't want to muck with .dsp files.
 - Netware Build - Same Story as Win32.
 - Documentation Translations (could get away with direct changes to the module name, but I am not sure)
