Add a unit request for a complete HTTP/1.1 request with upgrade to HTTP/2 response.

      Expand (most copy/paste Http2UpgradeHandler) the Http2Parser to support the additional frame types required.
Eventually, the parsing code will move from Http2UpgradeHandler to Http2Parser
